Lola Rae, born Lolade Oreoluwa Banks, is a British-Nigerian singer of Yoruba heritage who gained recognition in the UK before crossing over to Nigerian audiences. She broke through with the hit 'Watch My Ting Go' in 2012 and is known for fusing Afrobeats with contemporary UK R&B and dance music. She has maintained an active presence in both the UK and Nigerian music markets over her career.
