Biography
Admiral Dele Abiodun is a pioneering Nigerian Juju musician and the creator of the Adawa style of Juju music. He founded his Top Hitters band in the 1970s and fused traditional Yoruba percussion with brass and synthesizers to create a more danceable Juju sound. He is a National Honours Award recipient and a respected elder statesman of Nigerian music.
