Modenine (born Adewale Lasisi) is a pioneering Nigerian rapper from Lagos known for his fast-paced, technically complex rap style. He was part of the groundbreaking hip-hop group TRYBESMEN and has released multiple critically acclaimed rap projects since the 1990s. He is consistently named among the greatest technical MCs that Nigerian hip-hop has ever produced.
