Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, known professionally as MohBad, was a Nigerian street-pop singer and rapper born on January 3, 1996, in Lagos. He rose to prominence with energetic, street-smart hits including "Peace," "Feel Good," and the Headies-nominated "Ko Por Ke" with Rexxie, and had recently launched his own label Imolenization after departing Naira Marley's Marlian Records. His sudden death on September 12, 2023, at the age of 27 triggered a national outpouring of grief and a widespread #Justice4MohBad movement.
