Biography
Anyidons (born Henry Anyidoho) is a Nigerian highlife musician from Anambra State known for his Igbo-language highlife songs celebrating traditional culture and values. His music draws deeply from Eastern Nigerian musical traditions and has been embraced by Igbo communities both in Nigeria and the diaspora. He is considered one of the important voices keeping traditional Igbo highlife relevant for contemporary audiences. Anyidons won the Highlife Grand Fest organized by Nigerian Breweries in 2018, This marked the beginning to a new journey in his flourishing career. Anyidons have worked alongside other musicians like Duncan mighty, Perruzi, Davido, Zoro, Ejyke Nwa Mba, Singah, Ugoccie, Ladé and many others. In 2020, Anyidons released his debut album “Igbotic “. Igbotic album is a 7 track album and featured popular musicians like Zoro, Ejyke Nwa Mba, Singah and Kcee.
